“Nature” Connection Walk

“Nature” Connection Walk

with Safiyyah Jackman-Williams

“Nature” Connection Walk

Guided Walk • Sat 18 July • 16:00 • Meet outside Conway Hall

In this “nature” connection walk, you will be invited to mindfully sit with a plant and engage them with all your senses. Through embodiment exercises and collective reflection, we will explore our relationship with plants and what it may mean for us to relate with them as kin, and share mutual responsibility for life-giving and sustenance.
